Join the Yard Sale on April 25, 2026. We’ll place signs and help promote the event to bring in shoppers. Residents are encouraged to participate, sell items, and enjoy a fun day with neighbors.
Kick-Off to Summer
Join us as we kick off the summer with a fun community gathering on May 22 from 4:00-6:00pm! Enjoy hot dogs, chips, and a sweet treat while spending time with your neighbors. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

Our Halloween and Fall Festival at Rose Bud Car Wash was a great success! Families enjoyed music, spooky sand art, snacks, and community fun. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we collected many donations for Hope Inc. to help local families in need.
